Sara is extremely knowledgable and has a great understanding of functional movement and soft tissue work. She has been vital in sustaining my high level of play throughout the last couple of years in the National Football League. I can't begin to thank her enough for helping me to build that competitive edge on the field.

Sara Miranda has been an invaluable resource for the Deerfield HS Boys CC Team. The strength, core, flexibility, and injury prevention she has done with my teams over the years has kept us healthy, strong, and racing fast times at high volumes. Her approach is holistic in building the athlete from the ground up the correct way. In 2012 my team finished 9th in the IHSA 2A State Championships and if my team did not have her guidance and training sessions we would have never stayed healthy to make it to the State meet. She literally saved our season by constantly supporting and communicating and working with my core group of runners to do the right things EVERYDAY. We even recognized her at our banquet as she was a huge part of our Team! Sara Miranda is on the cutting edge of sports training I highly recommend Sara Miranda.

I originally came to Body in Motion to rehab from three stress fractures I contracted while running freshman track. Sara was able to advise me on how to recover and start rebuilding my mileage. Since then she has helped me overcome several other injuries. The great thing about Body in Motion is that they find the source of your problem and give you strategies and exercises to prevent future injuries. I really do not know another place like it.

Sara Miranda and Body in Motion has proven to be the premier training facility in the Chicagoland area. She has a vast experience in working with a variety of athletes, understanding the mechanics of the body, and helping them become better equipped for each individual sport. I have seen my daughter's hard work transfer into her performance on the tennis court. She has made significant improvements on her strength and agility and most importantly, her attitude. Selecting a trainer for an elite athlete is an important decision. A lot of time and effort goes into supporting your child's endeavors. Body in Motion was most definitely the right decision for me.
